Its Thanksgiving, have a jelly shot! Pictured from bottom up: Pear Sour, Apple Pie and Bourbon Smash
Saveur.com is of like mind, and asked us to create three Thanksgiving-themed jelly shots! The recipes - Bourbon Smash (fresh raspberries, mint and a hint of bourbon); Pear Sour (lemon, pear, gin and a splash of Angustora bitters); and Apple Pie (apple juice, Apfelkorn and Tuaca liqueur) - can be found on Saveur.com (click here to be redirected).
Hope you enjoy, and stay tuned for more holiday friendly jelly shot recipes here at the JSTK blog!
Cheers, Michelle

Jelly shots in my opinion are appropriate for any celebration. Thanks for sharing. Such inventive stuff. I stumbled upon your site through foodgawker. My chocolate salt water taffy was right beside your rainbow jelly shooters for a bit.
They are gorgeous, I love all of them. And I agree, perfectly appropriate for Tgiving. Congrats on doing something for Saveur, that's wonderful!
These are too perfect. I posted a link on ediblecrafts.craftgossip.com. And yay to you for your Saveur spot!
These look gorgeous but are unfortunately really bad. I brought them to a party without trying them first (stupid, I know) and they are way too thick and have too much Tuaca. Everybody talked about how disgusting they were and then somebody threw one against a wall and watched it stick. For me, this was a recipe for the most embarrassing night of my life.
Hi Andie - so sorry the Apple Pie didn't work out for you. :( The jelly shot is based on a classic cocktail, and was a favorite with our testers in both liquid and solid form. All the best, Michelle
