Blueberry-tini Jelly Shots

Blueberry-tini Jelly Shot - fresh and sweet and yum, all in a tiny bite . . .

Hello all, did you have a nice Halloween?  I am posting this shot of the Blueberry-tini Jelly Shot (last seen as a gruesome trick-or-treat style eyeball) to showcase how pretty and cocktail-party-appropriate this jelly shot really is.  So don't get the wrong idea about our sweet little friend . . . it's more than just another ugly eyeball, er ... face- er . . . oh you know what I mean!

Recipe here . . .

Have a great weekend, and stay tuned for more new recipes soon!

XOXOX Michelle

I missed you….I've never made a Jelly Shot or a Jello Shot for that matter- though I did get blotto once in college one them after they were involved in competition and inner competitive diva came out.
Regardless of my lack of Jellyness I missed your frequent, beautiful little Jelly desserts. So glad to have you back.

Yum! A much lovelier presentation than the eyeballs! I am pretty sure that if I made these, I'd get distracted by their resemblance to tiny fruit salads and eat five of them without realizing I was getting drunk.

Awww, thanks lemonlorange and Danee! These little guys are like tiny fruit salads . . . quite refreshing! And I missed all of you too! It's no fun being jelly-less!

These look incredible! Where do you find such excellent molds? I'd love to make these but don't know where to find pyramid molds.

What kind of success have you had Michelle with making jelly shots in advance. What about storing them in the freezer? Seems that the alcohol dissipates. Thanks.

Would mango-flavored vodka be an acceptable substitute in this recipe? I was thinking it might be a harmonious flavor with the fresh blueberries (and thus save me buying another bottle of vodka when I just got four last week)...
